Three Lakes Chain
The Northernaire Resort is located on Deer Lake, part of the Three Lakes / Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking waters through a variety of activities including fishing, water sports, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. For a unique experience tour the entire 28 lakes by using the boat hoist at the Burnt Rollaway Dam.
During the winter the lakes freeze and offer another set of activities, from ice fishing to snowmobiling!
Ask about renting a dock space in the summer with your paid reservation.
Pools & Hot Tubs
Enjoy a relaxing dip in the hot tub or a quick swim in the indoor pool room. The pool room is open year round to guests and owners and accessible through the North Lodge building. For a unique experience try our outdoor hot tub, this 33 person hot tub allows you to enjoy the great Northwoods while soaking the stress away.

Guest Patio
Just off the pool room and connected to the outdoor hot tub is the guest patio. This is a perfect gathering area for friends and family, those you brought with you and the ones you’ll make. The patio area has a fire pit and seating for night time gatherings. The firewood is provided; you just need to bring the marshmallows! The patio also has a gas grill and charcoal post grill along with picnic tables.
Outdoor Sport Courts
Enjoy some outdoor time with your family or challenge another in a friendly game. The Northernaire has a full size basketball court, tennis court, and sand volley ball court on the grounds. Last summer we added two pickleball courts to the tennis court as well. Don’t worry about the equipment, we have all the equipment here for you as well as a variety of both indoor and outdoor games for your enjoyment.
Fitness Center
Get your workout in when ever you want, our fitness center is open 24 hours a day. The fitness center has treadmills, elliptical machines, a stationary bike and weight lifting machine as well as a TV for you to enjoy during your work out.
The fitness center is located across from the pool room in the North Lodge.
